All counselling sessions are 50 minutes long.

The fee for a counselling session is £50.

Fee payable via bank transfer in advance of session.

I provide online counselling sessions as well as in-person counselling for those local to the Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole area.

After you have contacted me I will arrange a time to have a free brief telephone consultation which will give you the opportunity to ask me any questions and check appointment availability.

We then will meet for an assessment session where we will talk about what you want from counselling, how I can help you and I will gather some background information.
